It is no longer necessary to keep a separate Excel file with employee data. With Resmapp, you can quickly sort and filter employees based on their qualification, availability, skills and other characteristics. Also, all history is readily available in case you have find which of your employees worked for a particular client or project at a specific time range. Moreover, you can generate custom reports, which show, for example, how many days someone has worked in a country. This ensures that no employee exceeds the 183-day residence rule for tax purposes, and that way saves the company potentially thousands of euros of unexpected tax expenses in a foreign country.

To make the allocation of houses and cars to your employees even more simple, we have integrated the Google Maps interface directly into the planning process. This allows your to visually select the closest resources to the project and rearrange the occupants with a few clicks. Again, full history is available in case of damages, fines or complaints from the owner, which makes it very easy to find exactly who used which resource during a defined time range.

Data protection

We take data protection very seriously. Actually, storing your data in Microsoft Azure cloud not only allows you to have full control over who gets access to the sensitive employee data, but also ensures that no data is lost in case of viruses, hard disk failures or accidental deletion. All of your data is backed-up weekly. Moreover, the connection is encrypted with SSL certificate and all user passwords are encrypted in the database, making sure that only authorized employees access the information.
